Sources for Free Digital Books

Lee County Schools digital library collection that synchs with Accelerated Reader

How-To Instructions:

1) From the Lee County Schools home page-Students-Clever portal. 

2) Log in with your school username and password.

3) Click myON.

4) Click Library to look for a digital book.

5) Hover over the title of the desired book and click Read.

Note: myON books are simultaneous use books that do not have to be checked out.

How-To Instructions:

1) Download the free Sora app from the App Store OR access through Lee County Schools home page -Students-Clever portal.

2) Log in with your school username and password.

3) Click SORA.

4) Click on the desired book and then click Borrow.

5) To read the book, either click Download if you want to read it offline. Click Read if you want to read it online.

6) If a book is unavailable, you may put a hold on that book, if desired. Click Place a Hold. The book will appear on your Bookshelf for checkout when it becomes available. (Don't forget to check your bookshelf regularly!)

7) Click Return Title when you are finished reading a book.

Note: Lee County School SORA books are one-time use books that need to be checked out.

Alabama's public library digital collection

How-To Instructions:

1) Download the free Sora app from the App Store OR access through Lee County Schools home page -Students-Clever portal.

3) Click SORA.

4) Click the 3-line menu symbol in the upper-right corner.

5) Select Camellia Net Digital Library.

6) Click on the desired book and then click Borrow.

7) To read the book, either click Download if you want to read it offline. Click Read if you want to read it online.

8) If a book is unavailable, you may put a hold on that book, if desired. Click Place a Hold. The book will appear on your Bookshelf for checkout when it becomes available. (Don't forget to check your bookshelf regularly!)

9) Click Return Title when you are finished reading a book.
